When SPAWAR Charleston needed CMMI® Level II assessment support, they chose the Parker SCITech Group as the organization of choice in providing a division-wide solution to support SPAWAR project's preparation for CMMI assessments. Our support for the CMMI assessments included the following:

Center of Excellence
The Parker SCITech Group was the chosen solution provider when SPAWAR Charleston needed a concept of operations for a new Center of Excellence for their diverse lab capabilities. Our CONOPS assessment included analyzing and documenting the current process, documenting the to-be process, performing a GAP analysis between the as-is and to-be processes, interviewing key personnel, and formalizing our findings and recommendations in the final CONOPS.
Command & Control (C2) Platform Integration
When the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCOMSYSCMD) needed effective analysis on their C2 platform integration projects, they chose The Parker SCITech Group as their solution. Our effectiveness analysis was performed by subject-matter-experts for Tactical Operations Center Network (TOCNET). Our studies for ground platform integration included the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP), Light Armor Vehicle Command & Control (LAVC2), and Interim Fast Attack Vehicle (IFAV).
